Raised in Waverley, with close ties to Double Bay, he works alongside Alex Lyons, combining local insight with a commitment to attentive, personal service.

William’s discipline and composure were shaped well before his real estate career. A former Waverley College First XV rugby player, he began pilot training at 16 and went on to gain his tailwheel qualification. The preparation, focus and attention to detail required in aviation remain central to his approach to real estate.

Working closely with Alex in high-level negotiations and client relationships, William has developed a strong work ethic and an eagerness to learn, enabling him to support clients with professionalism and care. Personable and diligent, William takes time to listen, understand individual priorities and build relationships founded on trust. He values transparency, keeping buyers and vendors informed through consistent communication. Securing his first listing in Bondi marked a rewarding early milestone for William, reinforcing his enthusiasm for helping clients achieve their property goals.

Now studying a Bachelor of Property Economics with a major in Finance at the University of Technology Sydney, William is building a strong academic foundation combined with practical experience across the sales process.
