A pine forest facing the sea in Cala di Volpe, one of the most exclusive locations in the entire Costa Smeralda landscape and home to the 5-star hotel of the same name, welcomes this stunning villa for rent in the first row on the sea and with direct access to the beach only a few meters away.

Villa Ada is located in a true corner of paradise: in this strip of land along the coast, maritime pines protect the villa and directly reach the fine sandy beach and the sea of a thousand shades. Here peace and tranquillity reign supreme, and you can enjoy the authentic taste of living in total harmony with nature and the surrounding environment and a true \"sea & beach\" lifestyle. Owners of a boat or all those who wish to rent one will be able to take advantage of the 2 buoys positioned right in front of the villa to dock.

The garden is typically Mediterranean and, in addition to the maritime pines, boasts characteristic plants, flowers and herbs that spread their aromas in the air. Here you will find many large relaxation areas that include well-kept outdoor lounges and dinner areas under covered verandas where you can eat lulled by the gentle sound of the sea. An infinity pool is also planned with a completion date set for March 2023.

The interior spaces of the villa offer a variety of openings to those outside thanks to the presence of full-wall windows and French doors that connect to the many verandas and outdoor lounges. Tastefully furnished and decorated, the home offers 5 bedrooms for a total of 10 guests, a large living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and 5 bathrooms. Also present are a service room with a related bathroom and a utility/laundry room.
A few steps from the villa, practically by the sea, there is a bungalow with a relaxation/bed area and bathroom.

The property also has ample parking space that can accommodate up to 4 cars.

In a pieds dans l'eau location, a short distance from all the best beaches and tourist destinations of the Costa Smeralda, Villa Ada is the villa you have been looking for to experience unique, unforgettable and above all exclusive vacations.
