Overlooking the Gulf of Pevero, Villa Felix enjoys a commanding position above one of the most iconic stretches of the Costa Smeralda. Full-height glazing opens the interiors toward the sea, while the panoramic rooftop terrace offers an elevated vantage point over the surrounding landscape and horizon.
The living area of approximately 100 square metres comprises a generous open-plan salon and a separate lounge TV room. Both spaces open onto a covered veranda overlooking the heated pool.
The interiors combine natural materials with bespoke finishes throughout. Marble defines the main reception areas, while oak parquet has been chosen for the sleeping wing, lending a warmer and more intimate character to the private spaces.
The property features seven master suites, each with en suite bathroom and private terrace. Two staff rooms complete the layout.
The wellness area includes a private spa with sauna, hammam and massage room, alongside a fully equipped gym. The villa is further appointed with a wine cellar, air conditioning, underfloor heating, five covered parking spaces, and two electric vehicle charging stations.
A residence that brings together privacy, comfort and an exceptional setting, with one of the most evocative views across the Costa Smeralda.
