Located less than 10 minutes from Saintes (a beautiful historic city with all amenities), this former Cognac estate steeped in history comprises a beautiful maison de maître, two gîtes and various outbuildings. Offering around 320 m² of living space, the maison de maître mainly comprises : - ground floor: entrance hall, living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom - 1st floor: 4 large bedrooms, study, bathroom, WC. We loved the charm and authenticity of this beautiful home, which has retained all its period features. The property also includes two gîtes, one offering 2 bedrooms, the other 3 bedrooms. Housed in a beautiful long outbuilding, they are in very good condition. The Beautiful garden is planted with rare species and magnificent trees (including a multi-centenary oak). The environment is flawless: the property is a very private haven of peace. A real gem, only 30 mn drive from the beaches.
